Cruciform monogram ΘЄOTOKЄ BOHΘЄI; in quadrants, TⲰ - CⲰ / Δ૪-ΛⲰ ("Mother of God, help your servant"). Rev. [ΠANΘ?]HPIⲰ VΠ/ATⲰ S A’N/OTAPI, T/૪ ⲰΨI’ in five lines. Unpublished in the standard references. Minor cracks and scratches, otherwise, very fine.
